    If you already use another program, you can manage everything through ZeroEyes, or run ZeroEyes and the other program side by side. That said, for easier management we recommend using just one program!

  • Is there really no brokerage fee?

    There is no brokerage fee. Card company fees are applied fairly, at different rates depending on your business type.

  • For IoT installation, can it be done as a one-time cost rather than per room?

    After the initial installation, it is a single system usage fee of 100,000 KRW a month (VAT excluded), no matter how many rooms you have.

  • What is the process for adopting ZeroEyes?

    The process is simple. First we talk through your conditions and requirements, then we put together a tailored solution. After installation and setup, you can start operating right away.

  • How are after-sales service and customer support handled if a problem occurs?

    ZeroEyes provides free A/S for one year after installation, and paid A/S after that first year. If a problem occurs, our dedicated operations team makes it easy to get help quickly through our KakaoTalk Plus channel or our customer center (1899-1784), so you are never left waiting.
